How to Return Ordered Item in Amazon?

In this post, I will be showing you the method to return an ordered item in amazon. It is quite easy. You can either return or replace the item. If you return, you will get full refund. Let us start now.

To return an ordered item in amazon, you just need to follow 10 steps. Thses steps are simple and won't take your much time. It will hardly take 10 minutes.

Step-1: Log in to you amazon account using your email and password. You can also use your registered mobile number and password. Click here to login.

Step-2: Hover over your mouse to “Hello, You Name”. A drop down should open.

Step-3: Click on “Your Order” link as shown in the above figure.

Step-4: A new page will open having a list of your ordered items as shown in below.

Step-5: Click on “Return or Replace items” button. Select each item you want to return by clicking on the check box.

Step-6: Briefly explain the reason for returning the ordered item(s).

Step-7: Click on continue.

Step-8: Now you need to schedule a pick-up of item. Choose your convenient pick-up date from the drop down.

Step-9: For pick-up of ordered items, your delivery address will be chosen by default. But you can change the address by clicking on the “change” link and entering the new address for pick-up of item.

Step-10: Now click on “Submit” button. Amazon will send someone to pick-up the item from your door step on the scheduled date. That’s all. You are done.

You will get your refund in your bank account. You can also opt for replacement. In this case, a fresh item will be sent to you.
